Interior Car Detailing for a Cleaner, Fresher Cabin
Seats, carpets, vents and the tight spaces in between. Our interior detailing works through the whole cabin, lifting the dust, grime and hair that build up with everyday driving, and finishes it so the car feels genuinely pleasant to sit in again.
- Seat shampooing
- Steam cleaning
- Dog hair removal
interior treatments covered on this page, from vacuuming to the final scent.
What It Involves
What Interior Detailing Actually Covers
A quick vacuum deals with what sits on the surface. Interior detailing goes further, working through the cabin area by area so the dirt that has worked its way into fabric, carpet fibres and trim is dealt with too.
The work combines dry cleaning, such as thorough vacuuming and dusting the air vents, with deeper treatments like seat shampooing and steam cleaning. Pet hair is removed properly rather than skimmed off, carpets are finished with neat lines, and the cabin is given a fresh scent to finish.
The result is an interior that looks cared for and feels cleaner to sit in, not just one that has been tidied up.
Who It Suits
- Family cars that carry passengers, snacks and school bags every day
- Dog owners whose seats and carpets are holding on to hair
- Commuters who spend hours a week behind the wheel
- Anyone who has just bought a used car and wants a fresh start
- Cars that have been neglected through a busy season
Areas We Clean
Every Part of the Cabin You Touch
Interior detailing is organised around the parts of the car that collect the most dirt and get the most use.
Seats
Fabric seats are vacuumed and shampooed, with attention to seams and the gaps between panels where dirt collects.
Carpets & Mats
Footwells and mats take the most abuse. They are vacuumed thoroughly and finished with neat carpet lines.
Air Vents & Trim
Dust is cleared from the air vents and the surrounding trim, an area most quick cleans skip completely.
Tight Spaces
Steam helps loosen grime in awkward corners and tight areas that a cloth or vacuum struggles to reach.
Inside the Interior Detail
The Treatments Behind a Fresher Interior
Each part of the interior detail has a specific job. Here is what each one does and why it matters.
Interior Vacuuming
Everything starts with a careful vacuum of the seats, carpets and mats. It removes the loose dust, grit, crumbs and debris that would otherwise get pushed deeper into the fabric during wet cleaning.
Taking time over this stage means the later treatments work on the fabric itself rather than on a layer of loose dirt.
Seat Shampooing
Fabric seats absorb more than they show. Spills, sweat and everyday grime work their way into the material and leave marks and dull patches over time.
Seat shampooing lifts that ground-in dirt from the fabric, helping the seats look cleaner and feel fresher to sit on.
Steam Cleaning
Steam is useful where scrubbing is awkward. It helps loosen stubborn grime from interior surfaces and gets into tight areas, seams and corners that a brush or cloth struggles to reach.
It is a practical way to give hard-working parts of the cabin a deeper clean.
Air Vents Dusted
Air vents quietly collect dust, and it shows every time the sun hits the dashboard. The vents and the trim around them are dusted out so the front of the cabin looks properly finished.
It is a small detail, but one that makes the whole interior look looked-after.
Carpet Lines
Once the carpets are clean, they are finished with neat, even lines. It is the visual signature of a properly detailed interior and a clear sign the floor has been worked on, not just walked over.
Interior Scenting
The final step is a fresh scent for the cabin. With the dirt that causes stale smells cleaned away, scenting finishes the interior so it smells as fresh as it looks when you open the door.
Dog Hair Removal
Dog Hair Removal That Goes Deeper Than a Vacuum
Anyone who travels with a dog knows how stubborn pet hair can be. It weaves itself into seat fabric and carpet fibres, and a standard vacuum often leaves most of it behind.
Dog hair removal targets that embedded hair directly, working through the seats and carpets where your dog usually travels. Combined with vacuuming and shampooing, it leaves the cabin far closer to how it looked before your four-legged passenger moved in.

FAQ
Interior Detailing Questions
How long does an interior detail take?
It depends on the size of the vehicle and how much attention the cabin needs. A lightly used interior is quicker to work through than one with heavy pet hair or marked seats. Let us know the condition when you get in touch and we can give you a better idea.
Is seat shampooing suitable for every type of seat?
Seat shampooing is aimed at fabric seats, where dirt works its way into the material. If your car has leather or another seat finish, mention it when you contact us and we will talk you through the right approach.
Can you get rid of dog hair completely?
Dog hair removal targets the hair embedded in seats and carpets, which is far more effective than vacuuming alone. How much can be lifted depends on how long it has built up and the type of fabric, so tell us about your dog and your interior when you book.
Will interior detailing remove smells?
Cleaning the seats, carpets and vents removes much of the dirt that causes stale smells, and interior scenting freshens the cabin at the end. We will not promise to remove every odour, but most interiors feel noticeably fresher afterwards.
Can I book interior and exterior detailing together?
Yes. If you want the whole vehicle done, take a look at our complete auto detailing service, which brings the interior and exterior together in one detail.
